Participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate in skydiving activities.

The maximum permitted weight is 100 kg. Rescheduling may be required for safety reasons.

Participation is permitted for individuals aged 18 to 75 years only. Participants aged 75 years are required to provide a medical report.

Jump schedules are arranged based on availability, and the full experience duration is approximately 3 hours.

Signing and agreeing to the waiver and skydiving terms & conditions is required upon arrival.

- Female participants must not exceed 90 kg in weight and a BMI of 27.5. Male participants must not exceed 100 kg in weight and a BMI of 30.0.

- Participants aged between 70 and 75 years are required to provide a signed and stamped

- Medical Fitness Declaration form issued by a certified doctor.

- If participants currently have or have previously had any of the following conditions, they are required to download and complete the Medical Fitness Declaration form prior to arrival:
Diabetes
Brain or nervous system disorders
Shoulder dislocation or limb injuries
Drug or alcohol addiction
Epilepsy or seizures
Heart or lung disease
High blood pressure
Mental health conditions
Paralysis
Recurrent fainting or dizziness
Recurrent weakness
Severe head injuries

- Any current or previous medical condition

- Participants are advised not to scuba dive for at least 24 hours before the scheduled skydive to avoid discomfort or potential safety risks.

There may be a possibility of rescheduling the booking for your safety.

1 - Participants must be between 18 and 75 years old and must present a valid ID upon arrival. Participants aged 70 to 75 are required to provide a medical certificate confirming their fitness to participate in the experience.

2 - The participant acknowledges that they are in good health and physically fit to participate in skydiving activities and is responsible for disclosing any medical condition, injury, surgery, pregnancy, or medication that may affect their safety.

3 - Signing the waiver and release of liability form before the scheduled jump is mandatory. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if the form is not signed.

4 - All bookings and payments are non-refundable in the following cases:

* Failure to attend at the scheduled time.

* Late arrival.

* Refusal to sign the required waiver.

* Participant withdrawal, fear, or refusal to continue the experience after arrival.

* Violation of instructions or safety requirements.

* Failure to meet the required weight or health conditions.

5 - The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the booking due to weather conditions, operational circumstances, or any safety-related reasons without any additional compensation.

6 - Participants must fully comply with all instructions provided by the staff and instructors throughout the experience. The organizer reserves the right to stop participation in case of inappropriate behavior or actions that may endanger others.

7 - Participation is prohibited under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may affect concentration or balance.

8 - Participants must arrive at least two hours before the scheduled time to complete the required procedures and preparations. Any delay may result in cancellation without refund.

9 - Bookings may only be rescheduled once, subject to availability, and requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

10 - The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during presence at the location or during the experience.

11 - Any photography or additional services requested are considered separate services and may be subject to special terms. The organizer does not guarantee the storage or retrieval of delivered media files.

12 - The participant agrees that photos or videos may be taken during the experience and used for marketing or media purposes unless otherwise requested in advance.

13 - By completing the booking or payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.

Licensed Skydiver Participation Requirements

1. Participants must hold a valid skydiving license.

2. A minimum of 100 officially logged and verified jumps is required in the participant’s logbook.

3. Full compliance with all safety procedures and Drop Zone Safety Rules is mandatory.

4. Participants must have sufficient experience and ability to perform group jumps while maintaining proper air awareness and safe group separation.

5. Participants must meet canopy control and landing proficiency requirements in accordance with USPA standards.

6. Participants must be physically and mentally fit for skydiving and free from any medical condition that may compromise safety.

7. The participant’s most recent jump must have been completed within the last two months prior to the event date.

8. Participants must present their logbook upon request for verification of experience and currency.

9. Participation is prohibited for anyone with a prolonged break from jumping unless they have completed a recurrency jump.

10. Each participant is fully responsible for their physical condition, health status, and readiness to skydive.

11. Any violation of safety procedures or dangerous behavior gives the organizer or safety officer the right to immediately suspend the participant without objection.

12. Attendance at the pre-jump briefing is mandatory. Failure to attend will result in cancellation of participation.

13. Participants must demonstrate the ability to land safely within the designated landing area.
